We roast our coffee beans to accentuate the extraordinary characteristics of each varietal to enhance them and create delicious, robust, flavorful varietals, and handcrafted blends.

Grind is crucial. It is often a missing factor in coffee processing knowledge.

Espresso is best ground per cup from an espresso grinder. This ensures this ensures the best extraction as the grind can be adjusted as needed.

Tres Soles Decaf. This decaf is “Swiss Water Processed” and organic.

We recommend weighing the beans on an accurate scale to determine your brew.

Preserving the quality of your coffee purchase is important. We recommend freezing the beans grounds in an airtight, sealed container or bag.
